Who are FeelGoodTexts designed for?

Everybody can feel better when they receive a FeelGood Text. The only qualification is that you need a mobile phone that has an sms (short messaging service) or texting facility. So you can treat yourself, your friends and your family.

How do I buy FeelGoodTexts?

It's very easy. You just choose which category of texts you want to purchase, click on the Buy Now icon, then follow the instructions to set up your account. All your personal information is safe and confidential – please see our Privacy Statement. You can pay securely by most major credit cards using Protx.

Are my credit card details safe?

We use Protx to process our online credit card transactions.  They in turn pass on payment details to Streamline (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) who manage our Merchant Account.  Protx are a major provider of eCommerce services.  Your credit card details will be stored only by Protx and are securely encrypted at all times when sent across the internet.

Can I buy Texts for several people at one time?

Yes, you just complete one section, add your selection to your shopping cart, then you will be prompted to either go back and choose another selection or proceed to check out. It couldn't be easier, whatever you choose.

What if the person I buy Texts for doesn't know who sent them, or doesn't want to receive them?

When we send your gift of FeelGoodTexts to anybody but yourself, we will send them a message telling them that you have given them the gift of FeelGoodTexts with the first message.  In the unlikely event, for any reason, the other person does not wish to receive the texts, they will be told how to access a special page on this website at http://www.fgsms.com to cancel the gift.  Your account will be credited with any unsent texts, which you can use for future orders or request a refund.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel any text bundle within an order by entering your account.  Any unsent texts are credited to your account and can be used in payment for future orders.  To receive a refund as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, contact us at refunds@feeloodtexts.com. 

Could FeelGoodTexts be used to deceive or embarrass if used maliciously?

We have done everything we can to ensure that our product is safe and can be used only positively. If bought for a third party, we ensure that they agree up front to receive them before starting the process, and we offer a money back guarantee in the unlikely case that the gift is not wanted. We have taken professional advice from mental health professionals to ensure that the content of all our texts is free of any negative or disturbing import.

What is the minimum number of texts I can send?

The minimum depends on the particular type of texts. You can choose to receive three FREE texts to check out how good the FeelGoodText experience is before committing yourself to buy.
